1 Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ilt20 platform and the user ("you" or "member"). By using the website, mobile application, and related services ("Platform") operated by ilt20, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

ilt20 is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform that provides cricket betting, sports, slot games, fishing games, bingo, and live casino services to users in Bangladesh. It is mandatory to read these Terms carefully before accessing the platform or using any of its services.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

A valid and active account is required to use ilt20's services. The information you provide when creating an account must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. If anyone else uses your account, you bear full responsibility for any consequences. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately.

3 Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to register and participate on the ilt20 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the region from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be a person with a previously banned or suspended account.
• You must not be an employee, director, or family member of an employee or director of ilt20.
• You must register using your real identity and accurate information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The currently accepted payment methods on the ilt20 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳500. You must use your own registered mobile number when making a deposit — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawals are processed through the same method used for the deposit — meaning if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will also go to bKash. Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 1 hour.

4.3 General Payment Terms

• Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes.
• In the case of any suspicious or fraudulent transaction, ilt20 reserves the right to cancel or place a hold on withdrawals.
• Large withdrawal amounts may be temporarily held until identity verification is complete.
• Rocket is a mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank — an active Rocket account is required to use it.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳12,000, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies and your total will be ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before any winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are applicable once per person and are non-transferable.
• Bonuses may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or false information will result in account cancellation.
• ilt20 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

ilt20 offers four VIP tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%, Silver — up to 0.4%, Gold — up to 0.6%, and Platinum — up to 0.8%. You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Additional benefits and offers are available at each tier.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

ilt20 offers betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless there is an applicable reason.

6.2 Bet Cancellation & Review

ilt20 may cancel or review bets in the following circumstances:

• If a match, event, or tournament is cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• If a team or player is disqualified or an event is rescheduled.
• If the match result cannot be confirmed due to technical reasons.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. If odds change before a bet is finalised, you may be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet. ilt20 will not accept responsibility for any delays or interruptions in live betting.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ilt20 platform:

• Using any fraudulent methods, bot software, or automated tools.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Match fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of an event.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Claiming bonus benefits using false information or misusing bonuses.
• Harassing other members or engaging in offensive behaviour.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

ilt20 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your data and financial transactions secure.

• Your data is not sold to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
• Information may be provided in compliance with lawful orders from law enforcement authorities.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• If you fail to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Upon instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.
• If a security risk or irregularity is suspected.

10.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, all active bets must be settled and any eligible balance must be withdrawn.

11 Limitation of Liability

ilt20 accepts no liability in the following cases:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Issues caused by a fault in your device or software.
• Disruptions or losses caused by third parties.
• Losses resulting from sharing your account information with others.
• Service interruptions due to unexpected or unavoidable circumstances (force majeure).

The ilt20 platform operates on an "as is" basis. We are always committed to the highest levels of security and quality, however an absolute guarantee of uninterrupted service cannot be given.

12 Changes to Terms

ilt20 reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore your responsibility to review this page regularly.
