Responsible Gambling

Limits & Controls

Some common signs of problem gambling include chasing losses by placing repeated bets, neglecting family or work because of gambling, spending beyond your set budget, and feeling unable to stop. If you notice these signs, it is important to take a break. At ilt20, you can activate self-exclusion or a cooling-off period at any time to protect yourself.

ilt20's live chat support is available 24/7 — you can also get help by emailing [email protected]. You may also reach out to a mental health professional or counselling service in Bangladesh. Talking to a trusted family member and setting limits on your play can be a good first step.

No. ilt20 is for people aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at registration, and after opening an account you must confirm your age through the KYC process by submitting a valid ID. Accounts found to belong to underage users are closed immediately, and deposited funds may be withheld.

A cooling-off period is a short-term break — for example, temporarily suspending betting on your account for a few days or weeks. Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure, where your account is fully deactivated for a set period. Both options can be activated through our support team — contact us via live chat or write to [email protected].

At ilt20, players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits with the help of the support team. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit require a set waiting period — but reducing a limit takes effect immediately. This feature is part of responsible gambling.
Sports Betting

Cricket & Sports Betting

Popular cricket markets at ilt20 include Match Winner (which team will win), Toss Winner, Top Run Scorer, Over of the First Wicket, and Total Runs (over/under). In-play betting is especially popular in T20 format, where the odds change after every ball. These markets see the highest demand during BPL and T20 World Cup matches.

Reading decimal odds is very straightforward. For example, if the odds are 2.50 and you place a ৳100 bet and win, your total return will be ৳250 (including your stake). That means your net profit is ৳150. The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning, but the bigger the reward. Odds are clearly shown for every market on the ilt20 betting page.

If a match is abandoned or declared 'no result' due to rain or any other reason, your full bet amount is generally refunded. However, if a result is determined using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the bet is settled based on that result. In an accumulator bet, if one leg is voided, that leg is removed and the bet continues at the remaining odds.

An accumulator bet combines multiple matches or markets into a single bet — the total odds are calculated by multiplying each leg's odds together. For example, if three separate matches have odds of 1.8, 2.0, and 1.9, the combined odds would be 6.84. The potential profit is much higher, but if any one leg loses, the entire bet loses. Use this market carefully based on your experience.

At ilt20, alongside cricket, you can also find betting markets for popular sports such as football (FIFA World Cup, Premier League), tennis, badminton, and kabaddi. Markets are also available for ICC tournaments like the T20 World Cup and Champions Trophy. See the cricket page for the full list of available events.

No. For security and fraud prevention, ilt20 only sends funds to a wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in the name of the account holder. Withdrawal requests to another person's number are not accepted. As long as your ilt20 account and mobile wallet are registered under the same name, there will be no issues.

Rocket is the mobile banking wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. You do not need a Dutch-Bangla Bank account to use it — as long as you can open a Rocket wallet through the Rocket app or via an agent, you can deposit and withdraw at ilt20. The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
Account Security

Identity Verification (KYC)

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process serves two main purposes — first, to confirm that the account holder is who they say they are; second, to prevent money laundering and fraud. It also helps protect the security of your own account and funds. Large withdrawals may be delayed without verification.

KYC is typically requested at the time of your first withdrawal or after a certain amount of activity on your account. It may also be requested at any time as part of a security review. The ilt20 support team will inform you via email or live chat exactly which documents are needed.

You will generally need a government-issued photo ID (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement). Documents must be submitted as clear scans or photos. Expired documents will not be accepted.

If your KYC verification is rejected, the support team will let you know the reason via email or live chat — for example, the image is unclear, the document has expired, or the name does not match. Resubmitting the correct documents will trigger a new review. If you have trouble, write to [email protected] or contact us via live chat.
